BUSINESS ORGANISATION

Our company structure follows a flat hierarchy design, where role delegation was done through a democratic voting strategy via google forms. Each person listed their strengths and preferred role, which allows for the most efficient specialisation of members. Our team, consisting of 16 students (as of 2020) ranging from Year 9 to Year 12, are split into 3 departments or work transparently.
